In one of my earlier posts, I revealed the specific ways on how someone can possibly make money online. Those mentioned I believe are the most appropriate ways for someone in the Philippines to utilize their usage of the internet and make some cash out of it-be it through internet marketing or by becoming a virtual assistant/freelancer. But if you really come to think of it, there are only two ways on how you can earn money online, in general. One is through online employment and second is through online business.

When I say online employment, you work as a Virtual Assistant /Freelance which is somewhat similar to a regular employee. Only that you do your work right at the comforts of your home. Yes, you work for someone and you have a boss which can be a local or a foreign employer.Though that is the case, most virtual assistants and freelancers don’t consider themselves as employee but rather as online entrepreneurs.

Tips on How to Avoid Burnout when Working from Home

Burnout is the emotional condition which is usually a result of exhaustion, lack of rest, and stress. It is very common in just about every job including those who are working at home. Although at times it is being ignored, burnout is considered as a very real and serious issue which needs to be attended to.  An extreme drop in desire to carry out even the most basic functions is just one of the harmful outcomes one could experience due to burnout. And if left unchecked, it could lead to more frustration. To learn how you can avoid burnout, especially if you’re just at home earning money online, a few plain steps below will be of good help to you.

Choose to be physically and mentally healthy-Being healthy is more than just eating right and exercising appropriately. It is also about being healthy emotionally. It is believed that people who are emotionally healthy are in control of their feelings and also their actions.

Laugh more often- If you’re feeling exhausted, watching shows or movies that can possibly send you off rolling on the ground out of laughter is one way to ease burnout. “Laughter is the best medicine” as the famous line goes. When laughter is shared, it connects people together and boosts happiness and intimacy. Laughter also triggers healthy physical changes in the body. It will also strengthen your immune system, increase your energy, reduce pain, and protect you from the harmful effects of stress. And best of all, it is free to use!

Get out of the house often- Sometimes due to the love of work, freelancers and VAs forget that they’re already isolating themselves from the outside world which could likely stress them out without knowing it. One simple solution to this is to try a variation of setting, like working in a coffee shop or a park perhaps. Anywhere will do, for as long as you’ll be comfortable working. Also, taking your pet out for a walk is a very good idea.

     Investing in the Philippine stock market has always been a vague idea to me until I learned how to do it the easy way.

     Yes, I've learned how to invest in the stock market in a painless and more relaxing way. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a licensed stock market analyst nor a stock broker and I haven't earned millions yet. I'm just an ordinary person wanting to grow the money I have. So everything I say in this blog is purely based on what I have learned from my mentor, Bo Sanchez.
